SANDWICH WALL PANEL

Prodema Panels is a PreCast Sandwich Panel Wall alternative material for walls that generally use red brick, lightweight brick, and batako, because strong sandwich panels have advantages when compared to conventional materials that can be applied to: Wall Panels, Floor Panels, Lightweight Concrete Roofs and PreCast Walls in various construction and contractor needs.

Prodema Panels is a lightweight composite sandwich panel that uses high-density cement board and fiber-reinforced calcium silicate board as its surface, with an interior consisting of cement and EPS (Expanded Polystryene) which has polystyrene foam particles. The polystyrene foam particles produce an energy-efficient and lightweight material, 65% lighter than conventional bricks. EPS cement sandwich panel / wall panel is a new type of building material that has many advantages in various applications including prefabricated houses, steel frame structure buildings, interior and exterior walls, floors and roofs.

Installing Prodema Panels precast wall panels doesn't require cement like conventional bricks; instead, the panels are simply assembled using Bossnails . Bossnails are a locking system on Prodema Panels that provides a strong bond between panels.

Prodema Panels sandwich panels are an alternative composite building material consisting of three layers: two hard outer layers and a lighter core layer in between. The outer layers are typically made of galvanized steel or aluminum, while the core layer can be polyurethane (PU), expanded polystyrene (EPS), or glasswool, which acts as thermal and acoustic insulation.

Prodema Panels itself has produced sandwich panels by providing the best materials to create efficient and effective modular buildings, while the size itself can be adjusted to the area that will use the sandwich panel material.
